Our Newen Contour BB machine for cylinder head problems is the first of it’s kind to North Queensland.
This machine gives absolute precision and cuts computer generated profile seats in your cylinder head being petrol, diesel, automotive or industrial.
The bed on the Contour BB machine is able to suit a single cylinder motorbike head right up to a 3412 Caterpillar head.
We fully overhaul your heads as well as offering services such as:
- Pressure testing
- Crack testing
- Surface grinding
- Full valve re grinds
- Welding repairs
- Thread repairs
- K-Lines
- Injector tube fitting
Pick up and delivery of heads is also available in the Townsville area.
